The day nobody saw me there

Blank to the sky, vacant stare

Shining sun and tranquil air

And too late will someone care

Never wanted to be undone

So helpless under the guilty sun

Bare feet pacing by the lake

Under the waves the memories fade to take

Purple, gold, red and blue,

Once-living colours every hue

Visions distorted under sea

Melting into gray

I guess I'll be gone like the autumn leaves of a silent tree

Another time, another day...
